上海電院電氣設(shè)備有限公司系上海電力學(xué)院所屬上海電力學(xué)院科技發(fā)展公司(校資產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)總公司)投資組建而成的股份制企業(yè)。公司自1999年3月成立以來(lái)，得到了上海電力系統(tǒng)各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員的大力支持，公司由上海電力學(xué)院歷屆分管院長(zhǎng)任董事長(zhǎng)、名譽(yù)董事長(zhǎng)，并聘請(qǐng)電力系教授、副教授任專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，負(fù)責(zé)科研開(kāi)發(fā)。

公司于1999年12月通過(guò)了長(zhǎng)城電器試驗(yàn)研究所對(duì)GCK(1A)低壓抽出式開(kāi)關(guān)柜，北京電器研究所對(duì)GGD3-02B交流低壓配電柜、GCS-2500A低壓抽出式開(kāi)關(guān)柜等樣柜試驗(yàn)，各類(lèi)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到1EC439及國(guó)標(biāo)要求，取得了國(guó)家低壓電器認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)天津電氣傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)研究所的各類(lèi)型號(hào)證書(shū)； 2001年6月GCK1(1A)低壓抽出式開(kāi)關(guān)柜、JYX電源進(jìn)戶(hù)箱、2002年1月GGD低壓固定式成套開(kāi)關(guān)柜、GCS低壓抽出式成套開(kāi)關(guān)柜、PML低壓計(jì)量配電柜分別通過(guò)了由上海市電力公司組織的新產(chǎn)品鑒定，并成為上海市電力公司PML低壓計(jì)量配電柜定點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)單位；2003年，低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜、配電箱、控制柜的設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和安裝服務(wù)通過(guò)了中國(guó)國(guó)家質(zhì)量認(rèn)證中心ISO9001管理體系認(rèn)證；2003年7月，通過(guò)了中國(guó)國(guó)家強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)的“CCC”認(rèn)證和中國(guó)國(guó)家質(zhì)量認(rèn)證中心ISO9001管理體系ISO2000版的認(rèn)證。2005年3月通過(guò)上海市高新技術(shù)成果轉(zhuǎn)化項(xiàng)目認(rèn)定辦公室高新技術(shù)成果轉(zhuǎn)化項(xiàng)目“GCK-Z”型智能化低壓配電柜認(rèn)定。
公司地處南匯工業(yè)園區(qū)高教產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi)，占地面積25畝，總建筑面積15479M2，車(chē)間內(nèi)配備了各類(lèi)具有先進(jìn)水平的剪、沖、折彎等數(shù)控機(jī)械。為了充實(shí)員工的業(yè)余生活，廠(chǎng)區(qū)內(nèi)另設(shè)有羽毛球館、乒乓館、閱覽室、多媒體教室等設(shè)施。

近十年來(lái)，公司引進(jìn)了本行業(yè)高技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才和通過(guò)引進(jìn)來(lái)走出去的辦法，強(qiáng)化了全體員工的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，建立了一套完整的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保障體系，從各個(gè)方面聽(tīng)取對(duì)產(chǎn)品的反饋意見(jiàn)，首先是設(shè)備運(yùn)行第一線(xiàn)的技術(shù)人員和運(yùn)行人員的意見(jiàn)，并對(duì)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行中的實(shí)際問(wèn)題組成由學(xué)院教授、電力系統(tǒng)專(zhuān)家和用戶(hù)等為代表的評(píng)定小組，對(duì)我們的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務(wù)細(xì)節(jié)加以專(zhuān)業(yè)的評(píng)定，并提出改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)，使我們的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)質(zhì)量得以不斷提高。

Shanghai Power Institute Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd SPIEEC is a corporate enterprise invested by Shanghai Power Institute Technology Development Company an capital and assets operation orient subsidiary to Shanghai Power Institute. Since the forming of SPIEEC in March 1999, it has been supported strongly by leaders at all leaders and Technicians in Shanghai power system. Some deputy presidents of Shanghai Power Institute were positioned as Chairman or Honorary Chairman of SPIEEC, and professors and associate professors in Power Department were invited to be SPIEEC professional technical consultants in scientific R & D.

In December 1999, SPIEEC pasted a series of sample cabinet tests  such like GCK (1A) low-voltage drawer switchgear cabinet by Great Wall Appliances Test Institute, GGD 3-02B low-voltage AC power distributing cabinet, and GCS-2500A low-voltage drawer switchgear cabinet by Beijing Appliances Research Institute. All indexes have  reached IEC 439 and national standard. And was awarded all kinds of certificates issued. Tianjing Power Transmission Design Institute, the National low voltage apparatus certificate authority. Since then GCK1(1A) low-voltage drawer switchgear cabinet, JYX power supply inlet box in June 2001, GGD low-voltage switchgear assemblies bulbar system, GCS low-voltage drawer type switchgear cabinet, PML low voltage AC switch gear cabinet in January 2002 were pasted Identification as New Product by Shanghai Electrical Power Company and became an appointed  production unit of PML low voltage AC switchgear cabinet. In 2003, China Quality Certification Center awarded SPIEEC ISO9001 Quality Management System Certificate of Design, Development, production and Installation Servicing of Low Voltage Switchgear, Distribution and control Panel. In July 2003, SPIEEC products obtained “3C”,a compulsory certificate to Product, issued by the state certification organization. At same time, the company identified to ISO2000 from its ISO9001. In March 2005, GCK-Z intelligence low voltage switchgear was identified as a High and New technical conversion achievement by the Shanghai high and new technology Conversion achievement certification office.

SPIEEC is Located in high education  asset area of the NanHui Industrial zone,  It has a Land of 25 Mu with total construction area of 15479M².  Its workshop is installed various kinds of advanced level digital controlled machines like shearing machine, punch machine and bending roll  machine etc. In the living area, there are facilities like badminton and table-tennis rooms, reading room and multi-media classroom provided to make employee a rich off-work life.

In past 10 years, SPIEEC attracted high level technical professionals in the business, reinforced technical training to all the employee by introducing in and walking out and established a complete product quality guarantee system to hear comments on products from all aspects, especially the comments from the  technicians and operators who are working with the equipment product. For actual problem found in operation, SPIEEC will organize a group composed by the institute professor, experts from the industrial Power system and customer representation to evaluate in detail on the product quality and service from the view of profession and give suggestions for  improvement  that enable SPIEEC`s product and services being upgraded continuously.
